1. Initial Deposit – Non-Refundable

A non-refundable deposit (typically 40%–50% of the total project cost) is required to begin work. This deposit covers the time, planning, and resources allocated at the start of your project.

Once the project has started, the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Domain and Hosting – Non-Refundable

Domain registration and web hosting services are handled through third-party providers and are registered specifically for your project.

Therefore, the cost of domain and hosting is non-refundable once the services are activated.

3. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

If no design work has started and no services (like domain or hosting) have been activated, a refund may be considered.

In such cases, a partial refund of up to 80%-100% may be issued, depending on the situation.

4. No Refund After Project Delivery

Once the website or part of the project has been delivered (design, layout, or any files), no refunds will be issued.

We are always open to revisions within the scope of your plan, but monetary refunds are not applicable at this stage.

5. Revision Period – 14 Days

We offer a 14-day revision period after final delivery for minor adjustments or corrections (bugs, formatting, etc.).

These revisions are included in your package and do not incur additional fees.
